'Trouble' Puppy

Hi everybody, please say you will be my friend today, I don't have any here!

No one is talking to me.

I'm in deep deep trouble!

Well it all started after our lovely puppy walk this morning. There had been some rain overnight and the puddles were full up again with nice smelly gooey mud. The best kind.

I didn't really get told off for that, they seem to just accept that's me and there's nothing they can do about it. Finally. Although they do shout constantly 'don't shake near me' Why? !!

However we arrived home and I jumped out of the car, I knew it was going to be hose pipe bath time, I don't really mind that too much now either, oh my golly gosh I must be growing up, Help!

But what happened next was like a scene out of a horror movie.

One of the builders went to his car as I was going into the house. He called to his 'mate' up the ladder "I'm going to Moor Park, did you want to come?"

I can't help it I thought he said to me "Would you like more Park ?" Of course I would want to go, so I turned round and ran, he was holding a door open, I jumped in his car.

Oops.

I was filthy, the mud went all over his cloth seats.

There was pandemonium, he was screaming at me, my family was screaming. I am the worst puppy in the whole wide world.

I caused a row with the builders, what a morning. so I've stayed out in the garden. I don't think they will ever let me back in the house.

One good thing though, most of the mud has now dropped off so I won't be needing that bath.

Just might need a new house!

Summer time Puppy

Hi everybody,
At last the sun came out, I love the summertime. Lazy Puppy naps in the garden.
Last week I went to puppy training school again, I know I always say it but what a waste of time and energy. I could be doing so many important things, like digging holes, or chasing the cat.
The keyword was 'Leave'......when I heard that I thought yeah, we can go home now. But No the word has two meanings. Stupid school!
It was all so silly, my teacher put puppy play toys in front of me and then told me not to play with them, how dumb can you get?
At the end of the lesson she even had the nerve to use treats...put them on the floor just beyond my nose! But I don't get it? Because what she really meant to say was 'wait for a minute', she said leave, I waited, then I was allowed to eat it. Work that out?
When I got home I saw the builders truck and I thought 'Leave', wish they would. Living with all this noise is driving me mad, I can hardly sleep in the daytime!
As you saw from my pictures yesterday I am now an expert swimmer, I can jump straight into the river. Super fun, biggest water puddle I have ever seen.
Over the last week I have got into such a lot of trouble for now destroying all my play toys, I always did chew everything but suddenly I've realised I can totally tear them apart. And now this new habit has become so addictive I've started destroying everything I can get my teeth into, far more than I ever did as a puppy. It's fun!
Well for today I must run I hear the call of the cookie jar, someone's in the kitchen, gotta go, bye for now...........

Swimming Puppy

Hello Everybody..Super Puppy here..

I have to say I am so sorry for being absent again, well the family made me said that, I've had a great time swimming and having fun.

But our house is a building site and we escaped again, every time I come home the house is growing bigger, I'll get lost in the new part, is that what they want?

Today this is just a short post to say I am back and popped these pictures on to show you how much I have missed you all!

I will post tomorrow, I have puppy training school news and holiday news for you.

Mom says tell my friends she will email around tomorrow, oh she is so lazy, why can't she do her own work, I have things to do. I must get out and let that cat know I'm back and check on my garden.

Happy Puppy

Helloooooooo everybody,

Have I had a wonderful happy super puppy day and its not even my birthday! (that's about 21 weeks away)

It all started because we have builders here, they come in and go out all day, it's great no-one seems to really watch me or the things I can get my paws on.

Well for breakfast I managed to steal a piece of bacon, oh boy do I love bacon... was a little warm at first but I laid it out on the grass and it soon cooled. Satisfied I went back into the house and I couldn't believe my luck, no-one saw me run back to the garden with a piece of toast!

Then I found the front door was open I looked outside how great can this day get? The mailman was coming..I barked all grown up and defending my property, I really believe by the look on his face that he was scared of me, wow!

Only problem was before I could do the decent doggy act of chewing a mailman's trousers, my family caught me there and I was embarrassed to be treated like a puppy again. He obviously felt safe then and patted my head!

We set off on our puppy walk, the sun had bought out the bunny rabbits. I tried and tried to catch one but I will have to learn a little bit more about how to reach those rabbit holes before the bunnies do. I am quite big now so I want to know how does something so small as a bunny rabbit run so very fast!!!!!

I also saw a fox - I don't chase them & 3 deer, they are too big.

When we got home, I jumped out of the car and there it was, a builders lunch bag. I grabbed it and ran to the garden but I couldn't get the stupid plastic covering off and it tasted so yucky! But I got caught and told off, my mom had to make the builder a sandwich and he didn't give me even a small taste.

After lunch I stuck lucky again, everyone is so busy they never saw me find a lovely soft cushion, I went out in the sunshine and curled up for a very relaxing sleep.

Later I chewed a paperback book, they are not so good as the TV guide I like those, but it gave me a new game.

Okay so I got told off a few times but I've had quite a good day, I love living my life, full of adventures of what can I do next and my family is certainly slipping up a bit lately.

I feel tired now think I will retire for a little puppy nap before dinner time and then see what I can finish the day with......Bye for now....

Calling all Puppies - Never give up your ball!

Hi Everybody Super Puppy here,
As this picture shows thought I would make the Big Black Dog play and what did she do, she stole my ball or rather she thought she could. No way do I ever let a ball go.
I got it back!
That's why I'm called Super Puppy.
I am a little muddy, this morning we went to a new place for my puppy walk and boy was it muddy, it was fantastic but I got into trouble because I always like to lie down in it. Makes the car nice and 'iffy' as they say.
I couldn't post this weekend I'm sorry, we were all sent away. We didn't have any water at home, no baths, Yippee. But then no drinking water either.
I blame the builders I think they dug through the pipes deliberately just to stop work. They keep upsetting my routine. I come home, I go away, I come back, sent off again. I hope we are back now.
We had a hot weekend and I went swimming in a lake (fancy name for large water hole), I can't understand it, when I swim in water holes they shout at me but at this lake they threw toys in for us to play with, they don't know what they want!
More trouble for me today, this morning I ate my first pair of sunglasses, strange things that people put on their faces but quite chewy I must say, looking forward to attacking another pair. I find it strange now I am older that some crimes are worth committing, I think I have got used to the 'odd' telling off. I just let the adults have a good moan, I sit at give them the 'Oh I won't do it again face'. But some things are just too much fun to never do again and I can put up with the telling off.
Here's a tip for any puppies reading this, if you get told off, when they are finished just start something like trying to catch your tail. If you can look stupid they laugh, see problem solved.
Well I think today I have to run, I want to go and see if the builders need my help. Sometimes they leave out long strips of wood which are perfect for chewing and we always have such a great game they just love to chase me round the garden. One or two of them could do with a little more exercise (if you know what I mean!) Ha ha go on chase me then............

Puppy/Dog Training Classes

Hey everybody do you want a laugh?

I went to puppy school last night and guess what the lesson was. Teaching me my name!!!!!

I know my name thank you.

Idiots.

Spent the whole hour calling my name, I think it was called 'recall'

The teacher however praised me, Oh I've got her worked out, she has treats, she calls my name I trot over and she feeds me a treat and my family pays for this?

Thank you.

The problem is though at puppy training school there is nothing to do except survive the lesson.

When we are on a walk however, everything is so different, there are so many things a puppy just has to do, scents to sniff, people to greet, dogs to play with or growl at, puddles to splash in, delightful rabbit doodles to eat, grass and mud to claw at, sticks to chew, balls to chase, roll in foxes 'doodah!', get wet, get muddy, get 'iffy', air to breathe, distance to run and run and run and "miles to go before I sleep, and miles to go before I sleep". (Okay apologies - line pinched from Robert Frost, my Mom's favorite poet)

On top of all I do they then expect me to hear them call my name to go home, I don't think so!

Just can't wait for next weeks lesson.....

I'm in trouble again, the car had to go a place called a garage, they had to replace 2 seat belts they called them. Someone and they assume it was me chewed through the belts, I blame that Big Black Dog, Would it be me?

Couldn't find any builders lunchboxes today, just as well I know it was their egg that upset me.

The one good thing about the builders is that the stupid cat from next door doesn't seem to want to cross our garden these days. Wonderful, although I admit I miss our lovely chase me games. Please come back Kitty Kat.

I think its time I took a puppy snooze, forgive me I'm dog tired!

Puppy Dog Ready to Play

It's me Super Puppy,
Sorry I didn't post yesterday I was on my death bed!
I was really really bad, I think it was the egg sandwich I found by the builders bag. But my family thinks I am swimming in to many filthy dirty muddy (wonderful!) large puddles. They are always shouting don't drink the water, I have my suspicion it was the egg sandwich, why else was it left there. Obviously the builders wife was trying to 'murder' her husband for the insurance money!!
Yes okay I watch too much TV,
I like MTV best, not too keen on 'rap' music except little bow wow, or whatever he's called & Snoop Dog! One of my family likes the group 'Black Lab' now that's taking things too far!
However, I was a little quiet yesterday but today back to normal...........
We went on our puppy walk, they wouldn't let us go anywhere near a puddle, not much fun and stopped me eating rabbit doodles.
The rain has stopped here, now the sun's out but that makes me feel like a hot dog (oh I could just eat a hotdog!) and lazy. So now I really need a puddle to cool down in.
That cat from next door scratched my nose this morning, all I did was look through a tiny hole in the fence, nasty piece of work, one day, one day....I'll get him.
After lunch I had to go out on a second puppy training walk, now normally I wouldn't complain but this was school homework! We just went down the lane and back, all the time it was heel, heel, heel, no running round the fields for me. That's not what I call a walk.
So tonight is a school night, yucky, complete waste of time. I can't wait to discover what today's lesson is...Yawn...My family must be learning a lesson...how to throw money away! The only one good thing about school is the extra little walk just before class and I've learnt not to do a puddle too early. Once I've 'performed', walk is over. I string it out, I'm not stupid! I can learn things...See!!
Well I had better go and have a little puppy nap, restore my energy for the concentration needed tonight...Not...
